Introducing...Ryan Flavell

"As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to be a gangster."

So states Henry Hill at the beginning of Martin Scorsese's 1990 epic Goodfellas, at the same time as our own Ryan Flavell was looking up at his dad and deciding that what he would always want to be was a gas engineer and plumber. Our two protaganists took their different paths and now, 26 years later, one is on the witness protection scheme sleeping with one eye open and jumping at shadows while the other was just a character in a film...

Obvious punchlines aside, Ryan has been 'on the tools' pretty much since leaving school, following in his father's footsteps on the path to professional excellence (although, had he not done so and had his own way, he'd be a footballer).

Ryan's first encounter with PGS was online, the website caught his attention and after reading through the black, white and blue he got in touch, was welcomed onboard and now some five years later gets 100% of all his jobs through the PGS network. When asked if there was anything he'd like to change about the system all he wanted was a free fuel card, which I'm choosing to see as ambitious...
