I have used PGS for several years now for my rental property and would thoroughly recommend them. My customer relations contact is excellent and I particularly like the fact that I can instruct PGS to do something, and they then liaise directly with the tenants to arrange the appointment, which stops me having to act as a go-between.

Lovely people. Lovely job. From beginning to end the service I got from PGS was excellent. From booking the job, to the tradesman coming round to quote, right through to the completion of the job. They make it easy - they say what they're going to do and then the do it and they do it properly.

The admin is really efficient. Obviously must have effective well-designed and well-run IT systems. Very friendly and sensible approach over the phone and on email. Technicians and engineers who are intelligent, polite, articulate and obviously know their stuff, and who get on efficiently with the job. Superb all round.
