Position: Home based customer service roles available
Start: TBC
Rates of pay: £10-£15 per hour (based on experience)
Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week

What's the gig?
We are looking for remote based workers to help field our customers' inbound enquiries and book and administrate property maintenance jobs for them. We're a small close knit team of friendly people, who share an empathetic and driven desire to do whatever it takes to leave customers feeling valued and cared for. The role is fully remote including training and you can work from anywhere in the world.

Which skills are a must?
The ability to connect and build natural relationships with our customers and tradespeople on the road. The commercial flair to discuss and negotiate quotes confidently and the administration skills needed to help organise the further works and see them through to successful completion. Experience in property maintenance is an advantage, but above all, you must be passionate about delivering our customers with the wow factor, at every opportunity.

What are the logistics?
The role is fully remote including training and you can work from anywhere in the world. 8 hour shifts are scheduled anywhere from 7am-7pm GMT. A suitable home office space is required, including Windows PC (not Mac compatible) hard wired to reliable high speed broadband internet and a wired headset.
