Position: Home based customer service roles available
Start: within 2-6 weeks
Rates of pay: negotiable based on experience

We are regularly looking for an experienced remote based freelancer to help field our inbound calls and book and administrate property maintenance jobs for our customers.

We're a small close knit team of friendly people, who share a common desire to deliver our customers a fantastic and loyal service.

Experience with property maintenance work an advantage, but above all, you must hold a genuine and enthusiastic desire to make a connection with customers and be passionate about helping them.

Possessing the commercial flair to discuss and negotiate quotes confidently is equally important as having the administration skills needed to help organise the further works and see them through to successful completion.

We are looking for someone positive, friendly, efficient and able to work well under pressure with excellent communication skills.

-In-bound only (no cold calling)
-Full training provided
-You must have a suitable home office space, Windows PC (not Mac compatible) and headset (both wired to high speed broadband internet)
-Individual freelancers only (no agencies please)
